These terms govern your use of rivo (runrivo.com and associated mobile apps). By using rivo, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use rivo.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You own your data. We don't claim any ownership over the content you provide to rivo. We use it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Don't use rivo to store or process illegal content, harass others, or attempt to abuse or reverse-engineer the service.
rivo offers a free trial and paid plans. Pricing, plan features, and trial length are subject to change at any time. We'll notify existing subscribers before any price change affects their account. Payments are processed through Stripe.
rivo is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep the service reliable and your data safe, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will meet every expectation.
You can stop using rivo and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, rivo's liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use of rivo after changes constitutes acceptance.
